I’m not planning on losing a lot because i know it will take longer than 10 days for a lot of weight loss. Its just that I’m going to a pool party and i want to look good. I have a pretty good body. My only flaw is my stomach. It’s not big at all but i want to lose just a little weight. please help me. Thanks

Disclaimer: I don’t recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body. What I did was I went on an “eating-only-corn-flakes” diet. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs). After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I’m able to keep off the weight I’ve lost for ~6 years now. Currently, I’ve been exercising. I have an “air-stepper” at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I’m improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those “standing-up” crunches. I don’t know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^ Good luck!

tips..
drink two cups of green tea..( it helps to speed up you metabolism and burn more fats)
eat whole wheat grains ( whole grains is protein, they keep you fuller for longer). but be sure to watch the amount.. Only whole grain( wheat is the best)
eat more vegetables.. dark green and yellow leafs ( fiber and vitamins… and they are less calories, no fat, transfat.
eat more fruits… watch out for bananas( up to 80 claories per one)= no bananas. pears, and oranges are ok.. watermelons are the best.. vitamin and water.. ..find the ones with less sugar.
do eat meat..for the vitamins tha can’t be found in other food. but lean only
eat fish for your supplies of Omega 3 and other proteins

an easy way is doing the special k challenge! every time i need to lose i just eat cereal for every meal or atleast 2 and i usually have cheerio brand bc its better the special k and has less calories.
make sure you do 100 crunches a day with some situps

*sigh*
why do people still insist on these short tem diets when all the do is mess up your body.
making it worse on the long run.
exercise go for tention if you have trouble with cardio.
drink home made green ice tea or yerba mate
more protein less carbs might give you that energy boos you need.
but 10 days,
forget about it if any of those actualy worked you wouldent see people who tried it still looking for something else.
