I am eating a piece of toast with cinnamon with wu-long tea for breakfast, skipping lunch, and was told if I eat just a bowl of healthy request soup for dinner I should be able to lose the weight I need to lose quickly. Is this correct? Your help and answer are very much needed. Thanks
You are starving yourself…not good at all. You will lose weight, but not keep it off. Once you start eating regular again, your body will regain it. When your starve yourself, you body slows down it’s metabolism to conserve energy. This means once you start eating regular again, you will gain weight quicker. Do not do this to yourself. A reasonable diet and exercise will work. Do not be in such a hurry. Being healthy is more important than being thin. And, when you are ready fo a diet, try this Diet: Fat Loss 4 Idiots!

    Just be careful you are getting enough nutrients and watch the salt content. The "healthy request" soups can sometimes have quite a bit of salt which will retain water.

    Don't skip meals…it slows your metabolism so you can't burn calories as fast. It's better to have something small every couple of hours to munch on. Strawberries and celery work great!–they have negative calories. (It takes more calories to chew them than they have.)

    eat little and often, eating just twice a day, yeah sure you will lose weight, but I guarantee you'll put it all back on eventually.
    if you eat, sensible, little and often, your metabolism will work much faster, if you skip lunch, your metabolism will slow right down.

    Not really – you can skip dinner safely, but not having anything for lunch is no good if you want to lose weight and remain healthy.
    Have the soup for lunch and you should be OK.
