I an going to a wedding in 1 week and need to lose pounds fast!
For one, you can't lose 10 pounds in one week. But here are some of my tips to lose a few. You should replace any sodas you drink with water. If you have a craving for one then buy a diet soda. It also helps to eat low-fat foods. You also need to lower your sugar and carb intake. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. People who sleep too little or too much are more likely to be overweight. I also found this great article in prevention magazine to tone your buns and thighs when you can't exercise every day. All you need is a set of 2 or 5 pound dumbells(if you want the workout to be more effective). You spread your feet about a foot and a half apart. If using dumbells, hold them in your hands at a right(90degree) angle. You then squat and hold for 3sec.(make sure your knees are not further out than yor feet). Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions(36 times) for 3 days a week. You should see results in a few weeks.

Try that diet from that dr. on celebrity fit club. A lot of the celebs lost a lot of weight doing it.

Most people loose wieght before there wedding just on stress alone. try walking on a beach, or maybee put wieghts on your ankle and wear them all day, or have lotts of sex.

drink a lot of water, try not to eat a lot of salt/sodium, don't eat any sugar, exercise ….it will at least help you look a little thinner if nothing else!
