Have you ever heard of the 3-Day Tuna Diet? It’s supposedly is one of those quick diets that’s been around since the 90′s. Ive heard claims that people have lost as much as 10 lbs. in a week, but, I don’t believe those claims.
The origin of the 3-Day Tuna Diet is unknown although it’s often linked to the Cleveland Clinic. They deny those claims.

Following three days of dieting, you are suppose to eat normal meals with marginal helpings for the next four days. Then, repeat the process.

I was looking around for new ideas to help visitors to my Quick Weight Loss Diet website when I came across information about the Lemonade Diet. It certainly sounds interesting, so I started to do some research. Here’s what I found.
