I was wondering my way through the internet the other day…looking for information on quick diets.

You know me (and, if you don’t, you should know me by now), I’m fascinated by quick weight loss programs that really work and especially those that won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

I came across an article published on Buzzle…it was the article’s headline that caught my attention. The article was called “Why Fat Loss 4 Idiots Might Be Wrong For You“. That caught my attention, because as most of you know, I had used the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan to lose the 35 pounds that I’ve now lost. So, I had to find out what this author found wrong with this quick weight loss diet plan.

Thinking that you might also like to read that article, I’ve posted that article below. Here it is:

Why Fat Loss 4 Idiots May Be Wrong For You

Fat loss 4 idiots is not for everyone. I have found a few flaws in the diet that may make it not good for you.

When I first looked at the Fat Loss for idiots diet I was really skeptical. The last thing that I want to see as a fitness and health expert is a bunch of people starving themselves and getting unhealthy in the search for some magical 5 pounds or more a week weight loss.

First you eat until you are satisfied so there is not binge eating. Next there is the whole cycled diet where you stay on the diet for a few days and then you go off the diet for four days. And finally there is a diet generator that creates a good diet for you by asking you what you like and what you do not like.

But of course there are drawbacks to anything and this diet is especially tough for some. Here are the drawbacks and why Fat Loss 4 Idiots may not be for you.

The dreaded all fruit day – Some people just do not like fruit a lot and there is one day where you eat nothing but fruit. This does make things difficult as you need to follow the diet exactly

Not a lot of exercise – If you live a very active lifestyle you will find that you may not have the energy that you are used to on the fat loss for idiots diet. There are not enough calories for an athlete and as a bodybuilder you would find the carbs too high still if you are cutting up for a contest.

No Alcohol allowed – Actually you can have one drink a day but for many people used to consuming 2 or more drinks a day this cutback along with the weight loss and the stress of a changed diet may be too much to bear.

Other than these three restrictions to the fat loss 4 idiots diet , I believe you will probably find that the diet works for the majority of people trying to lose 20 or 30 pounds.

Well I was proven wrong. I posted a review of the fat loss 4 idiots diet -you can read those reviews,and was buried in responses from people telling me that they were skeptical as well but the diet did work for them. Once I dug deeper into Fat Loss 4 Idiots I found that there were a couple of things that made the diet make sense for losing weight.

The quick weight loss diets that I sponsor and support on this blog are ideal for dieters who want or need to lose weight quickly. For some dieters, using a slow dieting plan like the Jenny Craig Diet Program just takes too long.

In this article that I’m writing today, I want to discuss toning. The diets that I sponsor on this blog don’t require you to do much exercising or toning regimen, but after you lose that weight, you may want to tone your muscles to look and feel even better.

About four months ago, a friend of mine (Tony) lost 46 pounds using the Fat Burning Furnace diet plan. It took him about 5 weeks to lose those pounds. He certainly did look better!

Day-before-yesterday, I saw him again on my way to Wal-Mart. He looked fantastic! Not only had he lost a few more pounds, but his arm and leg muscles were firm and rippled. He looked years younger!

I asked him how he did it. His response was that after he had lost that huge amount of weight, he had decided to tone his muscles and get back in shape. He said he had invested in a piece of equipment called Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer . He said it wasn’t cheap, but it certainly did what he was looking for.

So, I did some research on the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer and here’s what I found. Watch this Quick Weight Loss Diet video:

Exercise equipment such as this has to be built to be rugged – otherwise, it won’t last. And, the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer is certainly rugged!

As I’ve already said, this blog is about quick weight loss diets, and not so much about exercise. But, after you’ve lost that weight, you may want to tone those muscles that have much less fat in them. If so, certainly consider using this piece of equipment.
