Do you have certain areas on your body where you need to lose pounds of fat while the rest of your body looks just fine? Perhaps your belly, your love-handles, or your upper thighs? There is a reason for this if you have this problem…it’s your hormones.

Hormones effect every metabolic process in your body. Hormones can help you gain muscle and/or store fat. And, depending upon the type and level of your hormones, different parts of your body are affected.
