| Have you ever heard of the 3-Day Tuna Diet? It’s supposedly is one of those quick diets that’s been around since the 90′s. Ive heard claims that people have lost as much as 10 lbs. in a week, but, I don’t believe those claims. |

The origin of the 3-Day Tuna Diet is unknown although it’s often linked to the Cleveland Clinic. They deny those claims.
You do eat other things besides Tuna when you are on the 3-Day Tuna Diet. Watch this short video to get an idea what this quick diet has to offer:
Following three days of dieting, you are suppose to eat normal meals with marginal helpings for the next four days. Then, repeat the process.
Do I think the 3-Day Tuna Diet works?
That depends. First, if you take a calorie count on what you are eating for those three days, you are digesting only about 1,000 calories per day. So, yes, you are likely to lose some weight and be awfully hungry.
But, if you follow those three days of dieting with high doses of caloric intake, your likely not to lose much weight and maybe none at all.
One thing for sure – you’re going to be hungry on this diet and most dieters won’t stay on it.
That’s why I like some of the other quick diets that are now on the market – like Fat Loss 4 Idiots! This diet does more than just reducing how much you eat.
When you’re eating, the body releases two types of hormones into your body – one is a Fat Storage hormone and the other is a Fat Burning hormone. Fat Loss 4 Idiots manipulates these so that your body produces larger volumes of the Fat Burning Hormone.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots also uses a technique called Calorie Shifting. The diet plan confuses your metabolism so that your body is burning more calories. It’ a clever plan!

So, try the 3-Day Tuna Diet if you want to. After it fails to get your weight to where you would like it to be, give Fat Loss 4 Idiots a try. I think it’s the best of these two quick diets.
