Ultimately, quick weight loss diets really depend upon the individual and their attitude towards losing weight. All of this is related to your metabolism. As you grow older your metabolism slows down…this is largely due to a decrease in muscle mass. Well, speed up your metabolism! Here are 5 ways to lose weight fast by increasing your metabolism:

Drink More Caffeinated Coffee

The journal Physiology & Behavior reported that those that drink caffeinated coffee maintain a metabolic rate nearly 16% higher than those that don’t drink caffeinated coffee.
